Nikola Kostic

I’m a 29 year old graphic designer from Belgrade, Serbia. As a teenager I was introduced to graphic design by my father who is one of the pioneers of computer graphics and typography in Serbia. I graduated graphic design at Faculty of Applied Arts (Belgrade) in 2003. Started working as a graphic designer in a small NGO during my last year of studies, and after that went into a larger company where I had the opportunity to work in different areas of commercial design, from product packaging to various publications (magazines, sticker albums etc.). Few years ago, my girlfriend (her also being a graphic designer) and I decided to start our own studio with a friend of ours that worked as a production manager. Now we have a small firm that provides graphic solutions and prepress for different types of clients: NGO’s, pharmaceutical companies, publishers… it’s mostly commercial work.

Besides my work, I practice Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and enjoy movies and music (rock, hip hop, r’n’b, blues, latino).
